Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days in case the artwork does not corresponds to the description.
The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the artwork or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, in case of any custom duty and/or bank fees it will be deducted from the reimbursment.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The artworks were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following artworks cannot be returned:
The commissioned artworks already approved based on photos and videos.
The print of photography that have been produced upon order.
Artwork selected through dedicated discussions, and if videos has been provided.
If the artwork has been seen by the customer in a physical place such like gallery, fair.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We will provide you the exact address to send back the goods depending its origin.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
The cost of delivery is at the expense of the buyer. The delivery cost is a flat rate and might vary depending on where you are asking the artwork to be shipped. If the price of shipping is higher than the flat rate, the customer will need to pay the difference. If, the flat rate is higher than the delivery cost, then Clio will reimburse the difference to the buyer.
Clio will provide the evidence of the cost linked to the transportation, the buyer can specify a preferred company for the transportation as well as the type of delivery (express versus standard). Any deviation from the flat rate will be charge as extra by Clio.
If the artworks were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the artworks weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
