• Once you accept the offer, a non-refundable advance payment of 50% will be required;

• As soon as we receive the advance payment, our artist will begin working on your artwork;

• Throughout the process, we will keep you updated with photos and videos of the artwork. If you need any changes, you can request them once;

• Once you approve the final artwork, you can either pick it up or we can ship it to you upon receipt of the final payment.
