Kalli Kastori

Kalli Kastori was born in Volos. She studied music and guitar. She made recordings in radio stations in Cairo, Romania, Sofia and ERT. She taught for a number of years and gave concerts at International Festivals such as the Apollonia Festival of Arts in Bulgaria, and Aalborg in Denmark.

From 2000 onwards, Kalli Kastori has devoted herself fully to Visual Art.

Having graduated with honors from the School of Fine Arts of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, in June 2008 she was awarded the Michelis Foundation scholarship for postgraduate studies abroad.

She studied at the University of the Arts in London, (Wimbledon College of Art) with the internationally renowned painter Geraint Evans. In 2011 she graduated with the title "MASTER OF ARTS".

Her work has been exhibited in renowned galleries and art galleries in Greece and abroad. In 2013, the Hellenic Cultural Center in London held a solo exhibition entitled "Freeze" which was the occasion for an article in Wall Street International Magazine entitled "Kalli Kastori: Freeze".
