Born in 1976 in Athens. Fay studied Architecture and Advertising at the University of Minnesota, and attended Abstract Art seminars at the Art League of Houston, Texas.

She worked professionally in Modeling at the Architectural Office of Meyer, Scherer & Rockcastle in Minneapolis, as well as Architectural Design and press promotion at Progressive Architecture in the same city.

She started painting in 2004, leaving the field of architecture and advertising. In 2008, she moved back permanently in Athens, Greece. Today she is a mother of three children, and continues her search through the field of Abstract Painting. With her paintings she tries to seduce the observer into intense colors, forms, flows, textures, intensities and moods. Each completed project is the result of various experiments, one on top of the other. It is a sample of the battle between the effortless, and the self-willed with the comprehensible, the controllable, and the acceptable.

A poem to illustrate her art .... Constantine Cavafy - Morning Sea

Let me stop here. Let me, too, look at nature awhile.

The brilliant blue of the morning sea, of the cloudless sky,

the yellow shore; all lovely, all bathed in light.

Let me stand here. And let me pretend I see all this

(I really did see it for a minute when I first stopped)

and not my usual daydreams here too,

my memories, those images of sensual pleasure.
